What is penis enlargement surgery?

If both lengthening and thickening are performed, fat transfer from other areas of the body (e.g., abdomen or waist) is typically carried out as a separate step. The harvested fat is processed and then injected into the subcutaneous tissue of the penis to increase its girth. It is crucial to understand that the survival rate of transferred fat is variable, and a significant portion may be reabsorbed, leading to a reduction in girth over time. The final result depends heavily on fat survival and may require touch-up procedures.

Recovery after penis enlargement surgery

In the first few days after surgery, swelling and bruising may occur – this is a natural response of the body. A return to work is possible after a few days.
